Registration
General Information
The necessary condition for participating in the conference is payment of the registration fee.
All participants, being author, co-author, non-author, or student must be registered by paying the corresponding registration fee.
Registration Categories and Rules
For an accepted paper to be considered in the conference, at least one author/co-author must be registered in the Regular category.
1 x Regular registration covers only 2 x papers without additional charge.
A Regular registration can, however, be extended to cover a maximum of one additional papers, by paying Additional Paper fee.
Coverage of a paper by a Regular registration (or as Additional Paper of a Regular registration) does obviously not free the remaining authors/co-authors from the obligation of registration, if they are attending the conference. All participants that personally attend the conference (author or non-author) must be registered by paying the corresponding fee.
The registration fees in EUR are listed in the table below (the given fees include 20% VAT).

Important Remarks
- A Student registration does not cover a paper.
- Regular and Student registration categories cover admission to conference sessions (if you are not staying at the conference hotel, you need to pay a daily-use fee to the hotel to access conference venue, please visit Venue for more information), printed and electronic copy of conference program, electronic copy of book of abstracts, electronic copy of conference proceedings (available to the contributors after the conference), Welcome Reception and Gala Reception.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice received on or before April 18, 2025: Full refund payable less a € 50.00 administration fee.
Written notice received after April 18, 2025: No refund will be payable.
